All About You Recovery provides the following recovery services to our clients.

Recovery Counseling

Recovery Counseling helps individuals learn the skills they need to develop, navigate and maintain, a strong and life long program of recovery that is based on their strengths, beliefs, needs and preferences. Recovery is a life long journey, and it can bring joy and struggles along the way. Recovery Counseling can teach individuals how to maximize the joy and minimize the struggles. I can help you identify your “Triggers” and “Stuck Points” in each Stage of Recovery, and develop Plans to successfully work through them.

"Sober Fun" – Recovery Support Group

New to Recovery? Bored in Recovery? Want to meet some new people and Start Having Sober Fun? Then this is the group for you!! You will start by trying a new activity with someone you already know, then with someone from the group. Then will we start planning for one or more activities to share with others in Recovery, and you will be the event planners! Come Join in the Fun!!

Women Supporting Women – Recovery Support Group

This is a safe place for a group of six women to come together and discuss the joys and struggles of recovery while developing new and trusting relationships at the same time.

Chemical Health Assessments

A Chemical Health Assessment is a tool used by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to assess an individual’s use of alcohol and other drugs. The results of the Assessment will determine if the person meets criteria for a Substance Use Disorder and if so, the Level of Care Recommended. The Assessment can also be used to determine if an individual qualifies for financial assistance to help pay for services.

Mobile Assessments available to some public yet confidential locations.

(Hospitals, Law Enforcement Centers, Attorneys Offices, Reserved Space at Public Library).
